This is important because animals feel pain. As humans we feel angry when someone harms an animal in front of us. Anybody would try to stop a kid from throwing rocks to a bird at a tree. What is the difference between the birds on the trees and those chicks? None. All animals feel. There are too many arguments regarding the consumption of animals. Therefore all that is asked in this petition is to make it illegal for chicks in the food industry to be ground up alive and thrown away in plastic bags while still alive. Could you imagine not having oxygen? Words are meaningless in this case, so please watch the video. Please president Obama, do something about this at the national level. Many wrong things in the past have been legal such as the slavery and the holocaust. Help ease the pain of these animals, who doesn't love their childhood dog? Then what is the difference between those chicks and those dogs?
