Many people have been wondering exactly why is there this great influx of homeless dogs, well, the answer is unsurprisingly tragic. The majority of them were formally pets, or were birthed by former pets, as families were forced to give up houses that had ample room for animals, in order to create the land necessary to build the Sochi Olympic site. Essentially, the Russian government (local and national), created this problem, and their resolution is to commence to killing.
