Chimpmania et al. are websites depicting and exploiting unaware people of color. Pictures are being used without the consent of the person.  Second, foul and disrespectful language is being used about the people/persons in the picture.  I understand there is the protection of free speech unless it leads to violence. In 2015 my son drowned in the Delaware River.  Periodically I surf the internet looking at pictures of him.  I came across this website.  It referred to my son as the "Delaware river rock fish."  Does free speech cover the hurt and pain I feel as a mother?  Perhaps not, however, the use of my son's pictures on the website must be a violation.  I want this website shutdown.  They do not respect the differences between people living or dead.
