Animal abusers need to be stopped!!! Why hasn't anyone set laws in to place regarding animal abuse? Killing and abusing animals in an underlying problem, soon humans will be next! How many people could you have saved if these monsters went to jail for killing or beating animals? Starving them to death? Let's put an end to animal cruelty once and for all! And all abusers must be forced to work 3 years in a shelter free of pay at least 3 days a week!!!
