This petition is being started to Free Todd Stimson from a travesty of Justice. Todd Stimson was basically railroaded by D. A. Greg Newman, Prosecuter Doug Mundy of Henderson County and the Fletcher Police Department in North Carolina. Not to mention the State itself. Todd is an Activist for Medicinal Marijuana and a major part in his daughter being alive today along with other patient's he helped. He paid taxes on his plants and purchased a license to grow from the state of North Carolina and did extensive research on the medicinal side of Cannabis. Thursday he was convicted unjustly of Trafficking after a 30 minute Jury deliberation. This was after evidence tampering was exposed. This was grounds for dismissal but it was swept under the rug. Signing this petition will help in hopes of freeing a Great and Caring Man from unjust laws who never should be behind bars in the first place. Todd Stimson is a Healer not a Dealer.
