Make Streamers "Charitable Organizations"

Make Streamers "Charitable Organizations"
The Issue
Hello everyone, my name is Kaceytron and I am writing to you today about a subject I hold very near and dear to my heart. As a streamer on twitch for the past three years, I have seen first hand the terrible living conditions streamers, such as myself, are forced to live under. Streamers, who have dedicated their entire lives to the grueling task of having to play videogames on the internet, are forced to live in extremely terrible conditions.
Living conditions are so terrible, many streamers have had to take it upon themselves to do their own “donation drives”. Often the money they make from shady sponsorships, sub trains, cosplay goals, ad revenue, as well as general donations is not enough. Sometimes even the thousands of dollars they make from other creators youtube videos via youtube video donations is still not enough. This forces streamers to have to do their own donation drives for cars, new computers, travelling expenses, as well as many other expenses normal humans such as the ones donating will never have the pleasure of experiencing.
As streamers, we have not been privileged enough… while we can use our platform to ask for money that we don’t actually need from our fans, we still have to pay taxes on said money. Taxes have proven to be a huge issue for many streamers, so that is why I am proposing streamers should be legally able to list as charitable organizations. Many streamers handle their streams as if they are charity cases already, so why not just make them actual charity cases.
Streamers paying their own taxes is a huge oversight by the gaming community. It is a sad and unfair reality that many of your favorite streamers are facing. If streamers didn't have to focus on paying taxes they could spend more time making CS:GO gambling videos on websites they secretly run as well as rig.
