This is disgusting, pets being bred in small cages being forced to only mate and give out their offspring to only be taken away and sold. What if us humans were forced to breed in a small space just to see their newborn child taken away and be sold or worse, to be euthanized because they wont be bought. Puppy mills should be illegal and put down. It is very sad to see dogs like this, and it's inhumane. Please make a law stating it's illegal to mass breed pets and  that they should be bred in good conditions. Also, this should be strictly regulated as well, since there are many foul people out there who will be secretive about mistreatment of animals. Pet stores should also follow these regulations and it should be illegal to buy pets from any unaccredited breeder under law.
