Mr. President, 

After a year of unprecedented Republican obstruction and blatant disregard for the Constitutional responsibility to advise and consent to your judicial appointments, it's time to make a stand.  Please make Hillary Clinton a recess appointment to fill the empty Supreme Court seat vacated by Antonin Scalia.  She is more than qualified and would make an incredible Justice.  

Please do not reward the Republicans for running roughshod over the Constitutional principles our nation was founded on, and send a strong message to future leaders that obstructionism and disrespect for American values does not pay.
