Grant Blake Stover Clemency

0 have signed. Let’s get to 2,500!

My brother, Blake H. Stover is a first time, non-violent drug offender serving a sentence of 60 years without the possibility of parole. Blake is currently 57 years old, effectively making this a life sentence. He has been incarcerated since his arrest on June 1, 2000 in Oklahoma. When Blake was arrested, NO drugs were ever found. During the trial, testimony was given to alleged purchases of small quantities one to three times a week for thirteen years. The prosecution then used math to calculate approximate quantities and attributed over 37 kilograms of "ghost dope" to Blake. Their testimony was the only evidence used against him. In his own words, Blake did "use and abuse drugs," but the outrageous amounts they attributed were extremely exaggerated. Blake has been working extremely hard during his term of incarceration, hoping and praying for a second chance. He has used his time to become clean, take paralegal classes, and participate in the Commitment to Change Program. He has become the Inmate Chairman/Coordinator for the AA/NA meetings. There is life after clemency for my brother with a loving family to support him. Please sign my petition for my brother asking President Trump to grant Blake Stover clemency. Respectfully, Doug Stover
