Sign this petition to re-open all North Carolina Bars, night clubs and private establishments...we are local small business owners suffering from the order of Gov. Cooper ...we should be allowed to provide for our families and run our small business just like everyone else...And we should demand that our businesses open on Friday May 22nd in Phase 2..Its not fair that we can not provide for our families because of an order set forth from Gov.
