Procedure of sanad should be simplified.

The Issue

The process of applying for a police clearance certificate is a very long procedure and the certificate takes a minimum of one month. To apply for a sanad now we need a police clearance certificate according to a Madras High Court judgement. This has made the process of getting a provisional sanad very long for the students. It now takes more than two months to get a sanad and till then the law graduates cannot practice in court.
This petiton is to reduce the time in which we recieve the police clearance certificate or to change the process for getting a provisional sanad and make it quicker for the benefit of every law graduate.
