Introduction:
This petition is led by the Moroccan and Amazigh community members of Wplace, but we call upon all users, allies, and advocates for digital fairness to stand with us and sign.
For months, our community has been the target of a coordinated campaign of harassment, cultural erasure, and targeted griefing on the Wplace canvas, primarily driven by the user/group known as "oficial ducks".
While Wplace has an automated reporting system, it consistently fails to catch, flag, or penalize this behavior. The automated filters are blind to this coordinated abuse, allowing the harassment to continue unchecked. Because the system is failing, we are forced to escalate this matter publicly and demand human intervention from the moderation team.

What is happening:
Instead of respecting the designated Moroccan section of the canvas, "oficial ducks" and their followers systematically invade our space. They cover our cultural artwork in "sand" colors (while keeping neighboring Spanish territories like Ceuta pristine and green), mock us with racial slurs, and vandalize our borders with offensive imagery, including Spanish flags and mocking duck avatars.
This is not harmless gameplay. This is targeted digital harassment, border violation, and cultural disrespect.

Our Specific Demands:
We demand that the Wplace Moderation Team manually review the evidence and enforce the platform's rules against hate speech and harassment by taking the following actions:
Stop the Harassment in the Moroccan Area: "oficial ducks" must immediately cease all targeting, mocking, and harassing of Moroccan users within the designated Moroccan section of the canvas.
Leave the Moroccan Area: "oficial ducks" must respect our space, leave the Moroccan area entirely, and paint somewhere else.
Stop Border Violations: "oficial ducks" must stop crossing into Moroccan borders to vandalize our space with Spanish flags, offensive duck imagery, "sand" color spam, and racist or discriminatory messages.
Issue Formal Sanctions: We demand that moderators manually review the evidence and issue a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban to "oficial ducks" for repeated policy violations.

A platform cannot claim to be safe, fair, and inclusive if it allows organized groups to invade specific cultural spaces with racist symbols while automated systems look the other way. هذا ليس مجرد لعب غير ضار. هذه مضايقة رقمية مستهدفة، وانتهاك للحدود، واستهانة بالثقافة والهوية.
 
مطالبنا المحددة:

 نطالب فريق الإشراف في منصة دبليوبليس بمراجعة الأدلة يدوياً وتطبيق قواعد المنصة ضد خطاب الكراهية والمضايقات من خلال اتخاذ الإجراءات التالية:
 
١. إيقاف المضايقات في المنطقة المغربية: يجب على "أوفيشال داكس" التوقف فوراً عن استهداف أو السخرية من أو مضايقة المستخدمين المغاربة داخل القسم المغربي المخصص على اللوحة. ٢. مغادرة المنطقة المغربية: يجب على "أوفيشال داكس" احترام مساحتنا، ومغادرة المنطقة المغربية تماماً، والرسم في مكان آخر. ٣. وقف انتهاكات الحدود: يجب على "أوفيشال داكس" التوقف عن عبور الحدود المغربية لتشويه مساحتنا بالأعلام الإسبانية، وصور البط المسيئة، ونشر لون "الرمل"، والرسائل العنصرية أو التمييزية. ٤. فرض عقوبات رسمية: نطالب المشرفين بمراجعة الأدلة يدوياً وتوجيه إنذار رسمي، أو تعليق الحساب مؤقتاً، أو حظره نهائياً للمستخدم "أوفيشال داكس" بسبب الانتهاكات المتكررة لسياسات المنصة.
