Banning the Pitbul breed is discrimination! 
Distinction is forever

We as pitbull Rescue organizations, who work with pitbulls, who see the abuse of the breed, all the educated and  legit respectful  owners of the  pitbulls who love their animals, call for stricter measures and balances for the pitbull breed.

Pitbulls should become an exclusive breed.

All breeders, Breeding organizations Registration bodies, Illegal, Backyard, and unregistered breeders must be BANNED.

A breeding registration body must be held  accountable and forced by law to have DNA genetic testing done on all breeding pairs.

Breeders must apply for a license to breed. A simple registration as we currently have, will no longer be sufficient.
Registered and licensed breeders may only breed 1 litter per breeding pair per 12 month period. With the DNA lineage and license as proof of registration to be breeding. 
By so doing all the backyard, illegal, breeding for money, and dogfighting as a sport, breeders will be found and a hefty sentence, and or fine imposed. 

Registered and licensed pitbul breeders must by law do a proper homecheck to be aware of the circumstances the animal will be raised in, and a security clearance have to be done by them. 

Registered and licensed breeders must by law only sell pups that are contracted to be sterilized at no later than 6 months of age. Both male and female. 
We propose a hefty fine for non compliance from breeders and or owners. 

A pitbull may only be owned if you can financially support the wellbeing, such as basic obedience training of this dog. 

A pitbull may only be owned if you have knowledge of the breed or willing to be   educated. Should you wish to adopt the breed we call for a 2 week period of education and hands on work with the breed at legitimate rescues, including  proper homechecks, before approved, breeders who will comply with all the requirements as set put above. 

The amount of abuse, rape of an animal, dog fighting, and terrible abuse has to be banned through the assistance and help of law enforcement, with heavy fines given and or imprisonment, with the law of that person will be black listed and never be allowed to house, own or train the breed. 
Again non compliance will carry heavy legal consequences. 

It is not the breed that needs to be banned, it is the people behind the breed, that do wrong by the animal, and abuse, fight, starve to trigger aggression  forced breeding females on rape stands,  raped by humans and treat like trash, that are the sole responsible people for the outcome of the change in nature and genetics of the pitbul being Human aggressive.
They are not!

We plead that the public understand their history behind all pitbuls that have attacked a human, mauled or bitten or sadly even killed. They are not bred genetically to behave in this manner.
Genetically they are dog on dog aggressive, which in the hands of an educated owner can work out perfectly with no aggressive tendencies ever.

To stand by the proposals made above for better quality lineage and awesome family pets.

To hold the registration and licensing of all breeders at a much higher standard as mentioned above.

To save the breed, which is much loved, well known as non human aggressive, wonderful family pets in the correct homes, and environment.

We need your voice and your support. Even more so the pitbul breed needs us.

Say no to banning the breed...
