New Zealand has banned animal testing in the country, however they haven't banned animal tested products being imported into the country. We want to ban this because then the big companies using animal testing won't get as much profit. If New Zealand stops importing them and they might want to change how they test their products. Also as a country it is our responsibility to up hold a standard for the rest of the world. And by doing this we are saying NO to animal testing. If we achieve our goal we are hoping that other countries will follow our lead. We will also be hoping to move our campaign worldwide. New Zealand is already making amazing changes and that is making the rest of the world catch on, if we can get this petition heard then we can make New Zealand even better. Most people don't even check if what their buying has been animal tested, if we can raise awareness around this problem then so many more people will want to help. We are not asking for any donations, all we are asking is that you sign this petition and be a part of this movement. We can only do this with your help though, the more signatures we have the better our chance is for making a change.
