Yesterday, 8-28-2017, my Chihuahua /Beagle mix, Midge, was attacked in MY yard for the second time, by a neighbors dog, this time leaving her paralyzed. This same dog also killed my Mothers goose, as well as several cats in the neighborhood and one other dog. I called the Banks County Sheriff Office but the deputy said there was nothing she could do (she was really nice and it's not her fault we don't have animal control) Our county NEEDS animal control. Please help the citizens of this county achieve this need.
