BOI-BOL is bank of Ireland's businesses on-line service.  It only runs on Windows PCs with Internet Explorer,and Java installed.  This causes problems for people who don't use Windows, or those who prefer not to use Internet Explorer and/or Java, due to serious concerns over security.
