The Huffington Post Canada has published a story about the NDP calling for Canadian women to appear on our bank notes. Sheila Malcolmson, new status of women critic for the NDP, wrote to Finance Minister Bill Morneau about this "issue." “It’s time to break through the paper ceiling and feature prominent Canadian women on Canada’s money bills,” writes Malcolmson. And as we all know, it's time for action from the government of Canada and Stephen Poloz at the Bank of Canada. Long overdue actually!
