The Peenya Metro Station situated between Goraguntepalya Metro Station and Peenya Industry Metro Station on the Bangalore - Mumbai National Highway. 

The Metro gives access to thousands of daily wagers, students, children,women and kids.

After they get down from this metro station they have to cross this Bangalore - Mumbai National Highway ,which is 4 lane traffic road.The traffic comes with an unchecked speed and no regards to the pedestrians crossing the road.Many pedastrians face near death situation and this crossing of the road is really life threatening.All that is there is a Zebra crossing which does not stop an on coming traffic to a halt for the pedastrians to cross.

We urge the concerned Authorities to look into this and take the matter into hand and see to it that our problem is resolved by giving us an over head walkway or a skywalk.Thank you
