I got to know this from a group of triathletes in bangalore. In bangalore recently we are being fined to carry our cycles on cycle racks back side of the car by local cops

Even the IPS is allowing and says it's absolutely fine... But the local police is creating unnecessary trouble 

This never happened before. We have so many atheletes in bangalore who carry their cycles to avoid traffic in the city area and ride safely outside the city. We want the city police to allow us to carry our cycles at the cycle rack which is attached back side of our car.

This will help us to carry our bikes wherever we want to anywhere.. And for going to the race venue... It is also very helpful. This is a very unexpected thing which is happening. Only trouble the local police is causing. The IPS is not aware that they are making such trouble
