Womp Womp has been a school tradition for longer than any of us have been here. These new directors have taken that tradition from us. This change is not a change we want in this program. We the students

should have a voice in what we want to help better the band as a whole. And to further explain how long it has been a tradition, the entire school has a song dedicated to the song. If you look at YouTube there are recordings that make the song sound mean, not classy. We wear basketball shorts and a shirt to match as of now, we do not look classy, so we should not sound classy.
