i am starting this petition because Zeal, the main developer of the roblox game Pressure, is a danger to the community and needs to be permanently banned. a 41-page document with tons of screenshots and proof just came out (https://shellder.lol/docs/zeal-ev.pdf showing how he abused, groomed, and assaulted a victim named Ren (NoLongerNull).

the background: ren used to work on pressure but quit in summer 2025 because of how toxic and abusive the work environment was. instead of leaving them alone, zeal manipulated his way back into ren's life. leading up to the 2025 roblox developers conference (RDC) in san jose, zeal started sending weird "soft" content like videos of bunnies cuddling and mounting each other. he kept talking about how he was going to "squish", "bite", and "carry" ren around. he was doing this on purpose to normalize physical contact before they even met in person.

what happened at RDC 2025: on september 3rd, the night before RDC, ren was in their hotel room crying and exhausted. zeal came over saying he would comfort them. instead, when ren was totally limp and nonverbal, zeal pinned their arms above their head and forced himself on them. ren never consented.

the next morning, ren found actual bruises and marks on their neck. when they confronted zeal about what he did to them, he just laughed in their face and made a gross joke saying "roblox devs get no pussy, they won't know what that is."

the aftermath: because of what zeal did and how he treated it like a joke, ren was so messed up that they attempted to end their own life on the night of the roblox awards. and instead of taking responsibility, zeal and the rest of the pressure development team just tried to do damage control and cover the whole thing up to protect their money and their game.

why roblox needs to act: roblox claims that safety is their number one priority, but they are letting a literal predator who assaulted someone at their own official event keep his platform. it is not safe for millions of young players to be supporting and funding someone who uses his power in the community to groom and hurt people.

we need to get his account deleted and hold him accountable. please sign this petition and share the document everywhere so roblox has to listen to us.
