WHITEPATH COMPANY  WHOSE APPS ON PLAYSTORE ARE  SKYPESA/INSTARCASH/ZURICASH/ are still debt shaming and breaching privacy by contacting people's phonebook contacts. They have excessively rude agents who insist they are above the law and nothing can be done to them.

Debt shaming is illegal in Kenya.

This defamation still ongoing even after the CBK AND ODPC deadline which was on 17th September.

CBK should simply declare whether they are licensed or not and if licensed they should follow the rules laid down as they are not above the law.
