The UK mobile network provider Vectone https://www.vectonemobile.co.uk/ stopped their services from last week without any intimation to the customers. None of the vectone mobile customers have network in their phone for a week now.

1. Their customer service is not reachable.
2. There is no published apology or information in their website of why their network is down or when it will up 
3. Customers are unable to get their PAC code to switch network

Thousands of customers are impacted as they are unable to make or receive calls/text and left with no information. Critical services like NHS appointments are missed, people who depend on their phone numbers for jobs are severely impacted but the vectone management is dead silent. The least any consumer would expect is some form of information from the vectone management or ofcom to step in.

Ban the director of the company 'Baskaran ALLIRAJAH' who has taken zero responsibility for the customers. ofcom and goverment should step in and set a precedence for people and companies like these and protect the consumers.
