'Disposable' status is got around with having a removable battery, stricter R18 enforcement won't make a difference as vapes are still available online and the underage get others to buy them.

So, no real action, govt still makes money from high vape rates, tobacco-vape corps will be relieved. 

Until, at least, removal of displays, health warnings on packaging etc, government vape and nicotine quitting programmes, the government is only pretending to care.
