A bald 'No' from the PM When asked about vapes on prescription, and no other mention, showed where this issue rates with the current government. 
An epidemic of addicted children endangering their health, school principals needing to isolate vape areas, devastated parents, all allegedly to help cigarette smokers stop. What logic is that? We need leadership here, please.
