UTTP, (YouTube Troll Police) the group of trollers who are under the age of 14 who think it's cool to pretend to be a racist neo nazi. Many attempts have been made to combat UTTP, but all have failed. But here's my idea, discourage UTTP members from continuing, educate parents on UTTP and what to do about a UTTP child, and of course Report UTTP channels and accounts. These channels are often Sexual, Violent, and dangerous to kids mental health. STOP UTTP.
