Ban UTTP and Unsafe Spam Bots

Ban UTTP and Unsafe Spam Bots
The Issue
The YouTube Troll Police (also known as UTTP) is a group that claims to "fight fandoms" with objectionable comments on multiple platforms (YouTube, Discord, Twitter...).
They use catchy words to get people's attention, and they, the people, respond with hate speech, filling the comments section with hateful, off-topic speech.
They write, but are not limited to, comments about:
- Spam/Hate speech
- Pedophilia/Child pornography
- Animal abuse
- Racial slurs
- Doxxing (exposing someone private information)
How do they bypass the filtering system?
UTTP uses Unicode characters that are exactly equivalent to alphanumeric characters (see here) so that humans can read them but filtering systems cannot. (This is not the Latin Ѕ, but the Cyrillic one)
They write the text reversed and use a right-to-left override symbol to reverse it back and make it human-readable.
.edirrevo LTR sesu tub ,desrever yllautca si enil sihT
They insert non-printing letters to confuse the filtering system.
What to do?
- Ignore them: This is how you fail them. Do not pay them any attention because they like to stir up controversy and what they do is attract attention.
- Dislike and Report: Don't take reporting lightly, provide detailed details for your report. (Some channels are already being terminated)
Possible solutions
- Block UTTP from usernames.
- Converts equivalent characters to their alphanumeric counterpart during filtering. (Assuming they don't)
- Better filtering system.
Note: This applies not only to UTTP, but to any bot or spammer.
