I have witnessed heart-wrenching stories unfold up close, all borne out of the misuse of a potentially beneficial technology called "Remote Neural Monitoring". My debut science and technology novel, “Its a Hi.T (Hi.Tech)!” (set to launch on 2nd October, 2024) sets out to lay this painful truth bare, detailing the horrifying ordeal of innocent lives crushed beneath the misuse of this technology. These individuals, misdiagnosed with mental health disorders such as schizophrenia, or accused of unspeakable crimes they were innocent of, live in constant fear and confusion. There are even tales of those who, unable to bear the torment, tragically chose to end their lives.

This unethical use of Remote Neural Monitoring must be put to a halt. No one should be subjected to such surveillance and control. This technology, instead of being a bane of mankind, should be used to open up untold avenues of understanding the human brain. We cannot idly stand by as lives continue to be ruined.

As we move forward, grappling with leaps in technology, let's uphold human rights and ensure ethical boundaries. Today, we request the relevant authorities to ban the unethical application of Remote Neural Monitoring. Let's protect the innocent and use technology responsibly, advocating for regulation checks.
