To the Members of the United States Congress:

We, the undersigned, urgently call on you to protect public health and our food supply by banning the use of toxic desiccants, such as glyphosate and other harmful chemicals, sprayed on crops at harvest. 

These chemicals are widely used as drying agents to speed up the harvesting process but pose severe risks to both human health and the environment. 

Numerous scientific studies have linked glyphosate, a commonly used desiccant, to a range of health issues, including cancer, endocrine disruption, and many other chronic diseases.

We ask our representatives of congress to fast track legislation to ban the use of glyphosate and other toxic chemicals as desiccants on food crops. 

We request Congress to show their commitment to this cause by signing the Pure Harvest Pledge to fast track a simple bill such as the PURE Act to ban toxic desiccants used on our crops at harvest.
