Sharing a positive experience. The N Gate property manager has been extremely supportive in rescue attempts for stray cats and kittens in distress in the community. It is heartwarming to know we have a manager who cares and is willing to take action to help these innocent animals that are needlessly suffering and dying within our communities. The photo shared here is of a stray kitten rescued from a litter of four at N Gate and adopted into a loving and responsible home with the help from Dr Teresa Tucci at VSI Veterinarian Specialist in Homestead FL.  Dr Tucci also provided the mother cat with needed healthcare and spay to prevent further suffering. Thank God for teamwork within our community and the kind souls who are willing to help. Furthermore, the property manager was reminded cats, among other animals are being directly exposed to the toxic chemicals being sprayed throughout the community and in the lakes. The property manager did advise she would remind the chemical contractor to refrain from improperly spraying weed killer on mulch with no weeds. Although we would prefer the use of these toxic chemicals immediately cease, and an organic alternative elected, as used in communities that ban glyphosate, etc., we are still grateful for any help we can get to minimize the risk of injury to persons and animals.
