Brightview continues to spray post-emergence weed killer on mulch with no weeds! Unfortunately despite numerous ongoing requests to stop using this dangerous toxic chemical in this improper manner, this activity continues! It is illegal to use this weed killer product in any manner other than instructed on the product label and as instructed by the manufacturer. Brightview has been asked numerous times to stop this ongoing misuse. The product is not effective in this manner and is contaminating the environment and putting people and animals at risk. Please ask the HOA and Brightview to stop this reckless careless use of this toxic chemical and also refrain from spraying it around people in the area as instructed on the product label.
