As someone who strongly opposes animal cruelty in all its forms, I am deeply disturbed by the use of glue traps as a method of pest control. These traps cause a slow and agonizing death for rodents, snakes, and insects that get stuck in them. The victims often starve to death while desperately trying to escape.

Glue traps are not only cruel but also unnecessary. There are many alternative methods available that are more humane and just as effective at controlling pests. According to the Humane Society, live-catch and release traps are one such alternative that causes minimal stress or harm to animals (Humane Society).

The use of glue traps is not just an issue about pests; it's about our responsibility as humans to treat all living creatures with respect and compassion. It's time we put an end to this cruel practice once and for all.
