Ban the use of Double-Letter Words in Wordle

The Issue

Everyday I (and millions of other hard working people) play Wordle as a means of mildly mentally-stimulating relaxation. We don’t need the (growing) threat of repeating letters to add to our anxieties. Enough is enough NYT.

Double letter words add unnecessary complexity and frustration, detracting from the enjoyment and simplicity that Wordle is known for. By eliminating double letter words, we can ensure a more enjoyable and stress-free experience for all players. Sign this petition to urge the New York Times to remove double letter words from Wordle!
