There's a monster that roams the Earth.

Bill lives in an abandoned building where he lures innocent beings into his lair to torture and kill them in morbid ways. Even human children.

His favorite method of torture is to line his lair floor with glue traps, he'll then watch and laugh as each trapped victim writhes in pain no matter the species.

It's even rumored he once had kids of his own, but he smashed their faces into glue traps, then ripped the glue traps off so fast it ripped the skin off. He has those traps framed on his wall, the terrified faces of his children still glued to them.

Bill is like the Devil himself, when he sees citizens passing by the glue traps in Walmart, he'll whisper into their ears trying to convince them that if they buy the traps, he will love them forever (Until he has the chance to drag their souls down to Hell).
