TELEMARKETING (sales harassment) has become extremely intrusive in our lives.  They interrupt our personal life and interfere with daily operations of businesses which cost all of us money.   

Telemarketing is an outdated sales technique that has transformed into a system of manipulation, and intimidation that preys on the Elderly and the naive.  These practices are not conducive to a productive society.     

Telemarketers have gotten to the point that they do not care about the laws anymore, the "do-not-call " list does not work and they ignore it anyway.  The laws that allow them to harass us have opened the flood gates for scams, thieves, and hackers, and many of them are terrorist organizations.  

It' time that Americans demand that TELEMARKETING is outdated, has become, unlawful, useless, unnecessary harassment, and must be banned.
