Raymondville Texas City Starves Animal's

AQ! Everyday I've been video taping my animal's, at the city's impound. To find out that they starve animals there to make them weak. It's a nicely constructed Animal Shelter, but show's medical neglect/wrong death's to animal's by starving animal's. My animal's were all fat and healthy, and then I noticed Mamaectos rib bones coming out of the side's. He started limping of weakness. I had to complain to the city's chief, and I was referred to speak with an animal control officer who was starving animal's at the city's impound. He says, he was feeding them, but Mamaecto had no food in his bowl, for several days on end. Mamaecto was no longer in the room, he was moved or killed. And several other animals were removed, I don't know were they placed them. I did see a black bag with something huge inside, as the black bag seemed like something inside. The two geese and two chicken's were gone, or not visible. And so were my cat's, all no sound's/nor visible.
