Visited My Animal's at the City's Impound

They're still sad and confused. It's hard to tell them to, not feel that way. Yet I have to comfort them with socialism. They're very social animal's. I would usually talk/hug them/carry them/scratch their forehead/& more to them everyday two-to-three time's a daily with loving word's, for many year's. Entertaining them with bright colorful light's and balloon's, every year was something special of a celebration, for them. I'm though worried about my 13 year old boy dog, he seems like he caught an illness. He's lathargic/boney. And while under my care, he was very healthy/chubby. I'm trying to get him home, before he gets any worse in that impound.
