Ban Squatted trucks in Tennessee

The Issue

If you have ever driven down the road at night and you pass a Vehicle whose headlights are pointed up towards the sky so they shine directly into your eyes and you can't see anything then you have encountered a squatted truck. When you are pulling out of your local Walmart and a squatted truck speeds right passed you and almost hits you because they are unable to see the road in front of them. Squatted trucks are an abomination that needs to be gotten rid of for their safety and the safety of others on the road.

People who drive these monstrosities don't care about how they look they only care about drawing attention to themselves. So banning them isn't going to hurt their feelings because they don't care about the squat they just care about the attention. They will cry and whine however it's just to get more attention to themselves. Banning squatted trucks will benefit everyone. It will make the roads safer, it will give police departments and government agencies more money because of course all of the squatted truck owners will not fix their trucks so when they write them tickets it will bring more revenue to that county. If we do not fix this People who drive a squatted truck are only going to have more chances to hit other vehicles because they cannot see the road let alone over the dashboard.

Disregarding seeing the road if you're still not convinced squatted trucks perform significantly worse than normal lifted trucks or trucks in general. The first main issue is braking. According to motor biscuit, it harms the performance of the brakes by increasing brake friction. "squatted trucks also have decreased brake pad and rotor performance, ultimately causing brake fade if left unchecked for long periods. In addition, vehicle braking systems aren’t designed for the increased friction generated at higher speeds."(https://www.motorbiscuit.com/6-dangers-modifying-ride-squatted-truck/ Motorbiscuit in that article also claimed that the squat lowers aerodynamics causing more wear and worse fuel efficiency. Squatted trucks all around need to be eradicated for everyone around thems sake.
