I have edited the petition  ----CLARION housing   entered a contract with ARK  PEST CONTROL it was added as a service charge on peoples rents most Tennants didn't  want  that to begin with  .  ARK came around  here  about 8 months ago and  placed  6 bait stations outside the open spaces  at the back of a block of flats  which  was totally  stupid and pointless   there is a huge forestry area and country parks nearby .with various  wildlife animals like TAWNY OWLS . BATS. WOOD PECKERS.MAGPIES . FOX'S. BADGERS. DEER HEDGEHOGS   JAYBIRDS. BLUE TITS . GREAT TITS  etc  i had a row with the housing officer  regarding the bait stations I pointed out it  will cause SECONDARY POISON  to some of the WILDLIFE  I've listed  above   I mentioned that the odd rodent will pass through  the bin  or shed area   because of where the flats were built.  Right next to  woodlands and open spaces . It doesn't  mean there is a  rat infestation  the  neighbourhood officer didn't care and kept saying they were approved by the government   . I said to him  they shouldn't be misused and are only meant to be placed internal  not external  he lied to me  and said a investigation was carried out that there was  a problem with rodents .  That  was  complete nonsense  . one of the residents in that block has a very unkempt overgrown garden with junk  propped up against the wall  including dog muck I reported that to CLARION  3 times and nothing was done    we also have issues with FLY  TIPPING. BAGS  Of RUBBISH  and rotting mattresses dumped  within the surrounding  areas.. including  discarded food .housing associations and local councils should look into that but they are too lazy to send someone out there to clear up the mess it's HUMANS who cause problems to the environment  plus .BAIT STATIONS.  GLUE  TRAPS. SNAP TRAPS and RAT POISON are  sold on eBay. Amazon  and RETAIL  STORES . I think  this should be banned .  The GREEN  and BLUE  PELLET S  have been used to lace food and placed around local parks. Killing  fox's   dogs  or a cat comming nto contact with this stuff. I also found several PEST  CONTROL company's  on the internet  removing  FOX'S  from someone's back garden .using a CAGE TRAP and once the FOX  is cought they are shot with a AIR PISTOL ..that is so  Wicked . cruel and evil  .How is that even LEGAL ?    You can't control where  fox's go .People should do a research that Fox's  keep the RAT and mouse  population down  we don't  own the planet  wildlife animals were here on earth long before  humans existed and wildlife habitats are destroyed on a daily basis for housing developments.  Pushing  wildlife animals out of their territory that's why  SQUIRRELS  End up in someone's ATTIC and a LOFT and Pigeons find themselves inside ROOF SPACES  . PEST PROOF LONDON and HUMANE WILDLIFE SOLUTIONS deal with situations like this . both are NONE KILL company they will block entries inside these  areas without the use of traps or poisons please  don't line the  pockets of other  pest control companies who are callous   I call it  blood money  the license gives  them authority to carry out  cruelty to these  poor animals . its a power trip   .they haven't  got a heart. Anyone else would of got arrested under the wildlife and countryside act . So it means you need a licence to kill .so it's one law for this horrible lot and another for Joe bloggs up the road   Pest control companies wouldn't exist if every single person were brought up to respect all wildlife animals. . . Unfortunately the world is full of  evil . With no empathy  to a living thing.  I recently got myself a rescue cat I was supposed to let her out to wonder around the woodlands but I'm worried she will come across a dead rodent  I have raised my concerns with clarion. And emailed my local MP regarding the bait stations. I got a reply back from clarion claiming the the bait stations were used for monitoring purposes and the stuff that's used is non toxic to wildlife  and ARK carry out check's within the area to remove dead rats. None of this is true   now I'm looking to have a catio outside my garden to keep my cat safe from harm  because the bait stations are still there and ark keep returning every 2 weeks to fill them up with more poison. It's disgusting
