Ban paylakes who are robbing and killing natural resource fish from natural environments such as lakes,  and rivers of trophy catfish for financial gain.  The fish die in a short amount of time and are just trashed and replaced with a few more dollars.  You can't go out and legally harvest a deer or any other wild animal and sell for profit.  Why are we allowing a living animal to be sold,  stressed and sentenced to death after living,  40, 50, 60+ years healthy. The majority of us who do trophy fish practice cpr (catch, pictures, and release) although it's within a person's rights to keep what falls in the states wildlife regulations 1 trophy size 35"or over. But to be able to sell,  or purchase a fish should be outlawed and banned.  They should not be able to profit off a living animals execution.
