Waterbrook Bayview P/L application for a Site Compatibility Certificate from NSW Planning for a proposed development of 85 Seniors Units in 7 buildings, 3 storeys high, in large High Priority  Wildlife corridor on Bayview Golf course is NOT compatible with the surrounding environment and area is not suitable for more intensive development .  Due to those facts the Consent authority must not consent to a SCC  under Clause 24 (2) of Seniors Housing SEPP. 

Therefore this SCC  application  should be REFUSED forthwith.

Note :The Sydney North Planning Panel  rejected similar plans in the past as “over development”.Also the Land & Environment Court refused similar plans in March 2019 .
