Kenya is a Sovereign State guided by its Constitution. The People of Kenya Have their Democratic rights embedded in this Constituion. Kenya has Systems in place to address any issues arising from differing Political such as those occasioned by the just concluded Elections. The three arms of Governmet namely the Executive, Judiciary & The legislature have specific Capacity to handle Kenyan Democratic Processes Including Free, Fair & Credible Elections. It is these Institutional Democratic liberties that MUST and should be allowed to Excercise their Duty as enshrined in the Kenyan Constituion. While International Assistance is always a welcome voice of reason, ANY interference in abovementioned Independendent Kenyan institutions is Tantamount to Foreign interference of Kenyan Democracy and would be against the Sovereign Will of the People of Kenya.
