Anti-social, aggressive, intimidating, lawless and dangerous behaviour by Jet Ski and Personal Water Craft (PWC - ride on jet propelled craft) users is posing a very significant threat to the safety of other water users. Enjoyment of being on or near the water is being spoilt by this unruly behaviour.

Amongst Brightlingsea Harbour Commissioners aims is to 'retain the character of the harbour' and 'to maintain, protect and enhance our natural environment'. A complete ban on Jet Ski's and PWC's would be a very significant step to achieving this and return peace and tranquillity to our beautiful stretch of water.
