If you have no idea what a "wilderness rehabilitation camp" is then I will provide a blunt summary but I highly encourage you to research this issue yourself. Basically, any parent can pay one of these rehabilitation camps to forcibly take children from their homes, and make them go camping in inhumane conditions that have already driven several teens to commit suicide. I can't go into it too much for the sake of my mental health, but suffice to say this is simply horrific. Surely this must all be highly illegal, right? Wrong. This is all perfectly legal thanks to a lack of regulations. If you don't believe me, then first of all, I don't blame you. Learning of this situation was truly disturbing for me as well. However, I assure you this is far too real. However, if we get enough signatures then the government will have regulate and eventually ban this basic human rights violation.
