Ban Horse Carriages in Dublin

The Issue

There are a number of horse carriages around Dublin City centre nowadays, it is horrible how these animals are being used to make money.

Majority of carriages that have passed me on the street have either been limping or in distress. Horses do not belong on roads within a city centre.

The photo above is of a horse who was left out in the rain with no sign of an owner attached to a carriage with complete restricted movement of their head as well as no food or water outside St. Stephen's green.

How is this not animal cruelty? This is so unnatural beyond belief for these animals and needs to be stopped.
