Ban Free Fire in India to Protect Our Youth

The Issue

Free Fire is not just a game anymore. For many, it has become an addiction - silently affecting lives in ways most people don’t talk about.

While not every young person playing Free Fire is addicted, a significant number are struggling. What starts as fun quickly turns into:

- Academic performance
- Mental health
- Family trust and relationships
- Real world ambitions
- Hours of non stop gaming
- Wasted money on in game purchases and top ups

Some gamers become completely absorbed, ignoring real world responsibilities, stealing money, lying to loved ones and pushing away the people who care. Romantic relationships break down. Families lose trust. Real lives get sidelined for virtual wins.

Free Fire is designed to be addictive with flashy rewards, pressure to rank up and endless updates that keep players hooked. And many who are stuck in it don’t even realize how deeply it’s affecting them.

What We’re Asking For:
We’re calling on the Indian Government and the Ministry of Electronics and IT to look into this issue seriously. If needed, ban Free Fire permanently or regulate it strictly to prevent harm just like PUBG was once banned.

This is not about blaming gamers. It’s about protecting those who are at risk, before more lives, dreams and relationships are lost.

Sign this petition to take a stand.
This isn’t just about a game but it’s about saving futures.
