The bus always have breakdown enroute to Zimbabwe from Durban on almost every trip,the management cut off all communication along with all Four lions relevant contacts,there's no customer service, customer goods are always missing , and they park in the most unsafest places

I am concerned on the safety due to the danger people are exposed to if it carries on enroute many lives will be lost ,a lot of people will left unemployed,.the bus might have a serious accident due to not being serviced since it's traveling long distances.people work hard and their items go missing and no refund or reimbursement is done.theres no food when bus breaks down and people travel on a budget .
