Windsor Council Didn't Bother Asking the Water Supplier, WUC

Windsor Utilities Commission (WUC) provides water to Windsor, LaSalle, Tecumseh and a bit of Lakeshore.

WUC is not owned by Windsor.  WUC is responsible and liable for providing clean safe water to their customers located in Windsor, Tecumseh, LaSalle and Lakeshore.

Previously WUC recommended the City of Windsor end fluoridation of the water supply. This council didn't bother to ask their water supplier for a report or recommendation and instead decided a change in oral health of less than half a cavity was reason enough to go against the water supplier's former recommendation.
