Every year in Pennsylvania, thousands of dogs tremble in fear, cats hide for days, and wildlife scatters in panic — all because of outdated fireworks. Many animals run away or are injured. Veterans with PTSD relive trauma. Children with sensory sensitivities are terrified. Fires start, people get hurt, and families lose sleep

We don’t need to keep doing this.

We have the technology now — quiet, dazzling drone shows and laser light displays can offer just as much spectacle without the trauma.

We call on the Pennsylvania State Legislature and Governor to:

❌ Ban the sale and use of consumer fireworks

🎆 Restrict all aerial fireworks to permitted professional displays only
✨ Support and fund public celebrations that use drone and light shows instead

Let’s choose compassion, safety, and innovation over noise and fear.

This is not about canceling celebration. It’s about upgrading it — for our pets, for our people, and for our planet.
