Every year it is the same. Fireworks galore being let off even before Halloween night etc. Upsetting and scaring animals everywhere. Even those safe in their own homes. Laws need updating. They haven’t been looked at in years. The senseless act of poor animals running scared to get away, sometimes with tragic consequences .Also the stories of animals being that petrified their wee hearts give up, is deplorable. We need them banned for Public Use. The present  license law is only a money racket, because people & kids  can still get their hands on them to use and sell.

*The destruction caused by using them, causing anti-social behaviour.

*The mess they leave behind.

*The noise and fear they cause some children with health problems.

*The fear they put into animals. People shouldn't have to drug their animals to calm them over human ignorance.
